1. How do I register?
Apply online using our tax course application form or alternatively download the 2017 tax course brochure
2. How much does the course cost?
$495 (Special Offer for Gold Coast available)
3. What does the fee provide me?
  • A chance to work with a nationally recognised tax agency
  • All study materials
  • Access to study face to face or via correspondence
  • All training both in software and in-house processes
  • The opportunity to become employed with ITP Qld based on your test results
  • Statement of Achievement after successful completion of final exams
4. What career opportunities does this course give me?
Upon completion of this course you’ll be in line for a career during Australia’s busiest tax season, as well as opportunities for ongoing employment with the ITP Qld family.

Our course can also provide you with a foot in the door to future career opportunities in the tax industry if you were to seek new employment after ITP Qld.

Only students who complete the course face to face are eligible for employment opportunities with ITP Qld.

5. How many job opportunities are available at the end of the course?
We will have multiple positions available for seasonal employment which will be offered to suitable candidates who have successfully completed our course.
6. How long does the course go for?
Approximately 17 weeks, however classes are not held on public holidays nor during the week before Easter.
7. Do I have to attend all three days?
Yes, although if you miss a lesson you will be required to catch up on the content in your own time.
8. I am going on holidays during the course, can I still enrol?
All time missed from classes will have to be made up in your own time, however we find that missing more than one week of classes will reduce your chances of successfully completing the course, therefore it is not recommended.
9. Do I need to have any former experience?
Not at all, we make sure every potential employee of ITP Qld is trained to their full potential no matter how much or little experience you have.
10. Will I get a refund if I change my mind?
A refund is available if your cancellation occurs 14 days prior to commencement date. If you make a cancellation within 14 days to commencement there is a 50% cancellation fee.
11. Do I need to do the course to work for ITP Qld if I already hold a qualification in tax accountancy?
To ensure everyone is inducted properly into ITP Qld every potential employee needs to complete our Tax Course.
12. What equipment will I need to be successful in the course?
We will provide all your reference material both hardcopy and any software required. You will simply need to supply your own computer that will run Windows in order to run the tax preparation software.
13. Who teaches the course?
